Self-adhesive fiberglass mesh tape that resists cracking and shrinkage.
This self-adhesive fiberglass tape reinforces corners and drywall joints. Made from a thin, light but very strong fiberglass mesh, Smart Tape resists shrinkage, shredding, stretching and deformation, and its high tensile strength forms a crack-resistant bond where ordinary mesh tape would fail.
Application
Suitable for covering joints between drywall panels, with quick application and no separate bedding coat needed. Primarily recommended for patching holes and cracks in drywall and plaster interiors.
