The Smart Grid suspended ceiling system (T-bar) is manufactured from galvanized steel coated with zinc to prevent corrosion through rusting. The underside carries a thick polyester coating that keeps it durable and able to withstand climatic changes. It is available as two systems.

- Installation
- Suspend the main runner from the soffit with hanging wire, interlock the cross tees to form the grid, and screw the wall angle around the room perimeter. Smart Tile or Smart Gypsum Board then lays into or fixes onto the finished grid.
